This course aims to develop knowledge and understanding of the legal framework relating to business organisations. It covers the way that organisations are structured, the legal status of businesses and the legal relationships arising from business operations. It also considers the importance and impact of corporate governance on the way organisations are run and managed.

This programme is an official Unit from our Level 3 qualification programme, and can be attended stand-alone, or as part of the fuller suite of qualifications, including our EA Diploma.
