What’s different about the Alumni compared to other PA/EA networks?

We hold a wide range of events, both online and in-person, for our Alumni community. In recent years, our events have provided invaluable CPD and learning opportunities amongst our highly-committed former and current students, who are all top Executive Assistants, as well as networking and collaboration. Topics covered have included high-level content on: navigating conflict with a co-worker; the OK Corral - Transactional Analysis; advanced strategic thinking; ‘leap to leader’; dealing with difficult co-workers; chairing and presenting at meetings; the EA Boss Partnership Model; building trust; building strategic relationships; and goal and objective setting for EAs. Our choice of topic is academic, stretching and maps to management competencies, and never run-of-the-mill ‘secretarial’ or ‘PA’ competencies!
