London learning afternoon!

We had a great afternoon of networking and learning with some of our Alumni in London on the 4 November! We debated and discussed the future of the EA/PA role, alongside some very interesting research that our Level 6 students had commissioned. For their research projects, they asked leaders and managers what they thought of their EAs’ ability to move into more strategic and management roles. Their results were pleasing in some ways, but intriguing in others. As ever, healthy debate with like-minded and qualified EAs was not only good CPD, but great for re-inspiration and re-invigoration of the role!
